Cancellation Policy
1. Session Structure Session Length: 60 minutes (1:1, virtual via Zoom or in person as arranged) Frequency: Weekly or bi-weekly based on your selected framework Duration: 3-month cycles (renewable or extendable) Session Focus: Goal progress review, reflection, new concepts or exercises, and integration planning 2. Scheduling & Rescheduling Appointments must be scheduled in advance through the client portal. Rescheduling requires 24-hour notice to avoid forfeiting the session. Sessions canceled within 24 hours are non-refundable, except in emergencies. Repeated cancellations may result in adjustment of your coaching schedule or package. 3. Payment & Packages All sessions or packages must be paid in full before the first session, unless a payment plan has been arranged. Payment options include credit/debit card, PayPal, or ACH via the invoicing portal. Payment plans are available for select frameworks and must be completed prior to the final month of coaching. Late payments may result in a pause of sessions until payment is completed. 4. Refund Policy All coaching sales are final, as your investment reflects time, preparation, and resources tailored to your goals. Partial credits may be considered for extenuating circumstances at the coach’s discretion.
