Coaching is not psychotherapy, counseling, medical treatment, or mental-health diagnosis.

If you are experiencing distress, suicidal thoughts, or require medical or psychological assistance, please contact a licensed mental-health professional or emergency services immediately.

While JNHC provides evidence-based strategies and accountability structures, your results depend on your own participation, effort, and implementation.
No warranties, representations, or guarantees of specific outcomes (personal, financial, physical, or emotional) are expressed or implied.

1.3 Professional Boundaries

As both a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW-S) and Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), Janaya Narvaez upholds ethical standards that distinguish coaching from clinical services.
Engagement in coaching does not establish a therapist–client relationship.
Coaching clients are encouraged to seek or continue therapy when clinical needs are present.

By participating in JNHC services, you voluntarily assume full responsibility for your choices, actions, and results.
JNHC shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of coaching services, materials, or website content.

All content, frameworks, designs, and materials — including The Intentional Living Framework, The Holistic Health, and associated materials — are the exclusive intellectual property of Janaya Narvaez Holistic Coaching.
